Wireless Data Acquisition for Digital Instruments
The Digital Data Acquisition device enables seamless wireless communication with digital sensors using Modbus RTU and other proprietary protocols. Built for remote monitoring applications, it delivers reliable long-range connectivity and autonomous operation for geotechnical, structural, and environmental instruments in isolated locations.
-
The best option to stream data wirelessly from digital sensors using Modbus RTU communications (G6 version)
-
Seamlessly supports SDI-12, Pulse Counter, and TDR interfaces (G7 version)
-
Compatible with other proprietary protocols from main geotechnical, structural and environmental sensor manufacturers
-
Unrivalled autonomy and long-range communications to connect digital in-place inclinometers (IPIs) and multipoint borehole extensometers (MPBX) in isolated areas.
Triggered Measurements mode
The G7 Digital Data Logger motion detection sensor detects activity events from variations in absolute angle, angular velocity, or acceleration. When a significant movement is detected, it triggers the primary sensor to capture detailed measurements, exactly when you need them.
You can customize when and how many measurements are taken (on event, after event, both, or across multiple events) and set delays and cooldown periods to match your monitoring needs.
This intelligent mode reduces unnecessary data transmission, keeps battery consumption low, and focuses on the movements that matter most, giving you actionable insights without overloading your system.
Versatile, Low-Power Data Acquisition for Digital Sensors
The Digital Data Logger is a robust, low-power, long-battery life device that connects to a wide catalog of digital sensors, streaming data wirelessly to your information systems.
